DD is asleep, DS is still up with me while DH has popped to do the santa run and collect the pressies hiding at MIL!!!:D

Popped to asda early this morning it wasnt very busy, they said they had been open since midnight to avoid the big queues building up - but tesco's was heaving when i drove past!!!

Just got some veg to prepare tonite, bird and beef have defrosted ready!!

We've got some champers too for brekky tomorrow - we got given a bottle of Tattinger:beer: so that'll do nicely!!!

off to get a drink and see whats on the telly tonite!

Beef is cooked, cooled & sliced, so is the ham, the Turkey will be cooked tomorrow, we aren't eating till 4ish so it shouldn't be too much of a rush. The only thing I don't have is a pudding of any sort, hubby & I don't bother with it & only found out yesterday that we have 3 extras coming over, DD1, DSIL & DS4, long story they have had a crisis & they know I always cook enough for 10, I just can't seem to get out of the habit. I still have a thumping headache, runny nose & sore throat, so I'm having an early night.

Found a £10 co-op voucher as I was sorting a cupboard which ended at the end of 2007 so quickly used it for the bits I needed and a few basic essentials :j :j :j

Came back sat comfortably, and then zzzzzzz, so now feeling quite refreshed and hopefully will be able to stay awake to be able to go to the midnight service. Will collect DS from town after the service.

While he's out going to go and get some tennis practice!

Santa is in Zambia.

Good evening. Not been on all day as we have been doing our over 250 mile round trip to visit relatives!!! duty done now and I'm exhausted. Still got loads to do. Just about to ice christmas cake and get gammon on-should be cooked by morning!!! still got last minute presents to wrap too!!!:eek: the lounge looks like santa's grotto with presents everywhere!!! so better tidy that lot up too!!!

Just got back in an has been a VERY long day so wont stop long.

They have let me out but have to go back on Thursday. I had 2 infusions and dont feel good at all. Nephew and niece cooked us dinner as they had DD for us today, so that made it easier for us.

I'm home...thats the main thing.

Crazy- so sorry dd is ill, hope she feels better in the morning.
Well my lot are still wide awake, eldest has just gone up to bed(still not 100% well) but the others bouncing of the walls!!!!
They are having a challange thingy on ps2, i dont understand it lol but that could be to do with the wine!!!
