HSBC Advance £125 bonus + £80

Fulfilled the criteria for the £125 bonus a month or so ago but no cash given. A few mins on Live chat resolved it but wouldn't give me the extra £80 even though I had also fulfilled that too as it was 'too early'. Need to remember to contact them again in a few months.

Similar story to what others have said, HSBC have been an absolute pain so far, and took 2 months just to open the account, repeatedly asking me to upload pay slips when they already know I'm retired. I had to upload pension proof 3 times (the exact same document!), I could go on...
It's now 20 days since I fulfilled their criteria, but no sign of the incentive payment.

Just use it as any other debit card. You can spend in GBP with it.

I topped up my Octopus account by 50p 5 times. I intend doing the same thing with my tsb card 20 times a month for 6 months to get the £10/month bonus. Might as well add £60 to my energy account for free!

How long do you have to make the 5 purchases on the global money account?  My partner has only just received the initial £125 from the first set of tasks.

The additional £80 is scheduled to be paid in May.  That was always the case.

Thanks I, have tried to register the card online but it hasn't been accepted by Paypal, and I cant use the card in any store I have found. Any advice on using the Global Debit card to make 5 purchases to qualify?
