    Has anyone had the 200MB renew this month? So far I've had nothing on mine.
    Is there a way of seeing how much is left? I haven't used all mine so I can't check.
    I don't have any credit left on my sim so I tested it with a large download on the previous occasion data appeared.

    Nothing has changed for me - no more 200MB data (yet).

    I only discovered they had the wrong DOB for me when I re-registered for an online account on their new system. I can't actually recall if I provided a DOB with the initial Data Reward registration all those years ago. You will probably have to get on to customer care and explain your situation if you want a PAC.

    Like others here, my date of birth seems to have become 25 Nov 2009 too.

    I can get a PAC code using that date of birth.

    Is it worth contacting support, or is there nothing they can do to fix it?
  • Just wondering if it might be worth taking them to small claims because they agreed to provide a 'lifetime of 200 mb of Data', and I have at least 50 years left in my life, and getting that 200 MB of data from another provider is gonna cost me at least £5/month * 50 years = £3,000.    I did pay them actual money towards the plan too.

    Anyone else tried this route?

    Yeah, mine's totally stopped working now too. I can't log in to my account to check the status because no OTP is coming through. It was good while it lasted but looks like it's finally time to chuck it in the bin. ☹
  • My data reward sim working perfectly.
    Perhaps it will stop when iv used my credit,which will take a long time,as a rwg sim with free calls is the one i use
