Again, no mention of the word "creditor" on the front page which means that, technically, it is not PoFA compliant.
"...and (ii) we do not know both the name of the driver..." should read "...and (ii) we (the creditor) do not know both...".2 -
Received 5 letters on same day with dates back in April 23 , 1 appeal allowed and 4 rejected.
Can they send notice for incident happened back in April 23 ?
