You need to delete those images as you have left your PCN number showing. Someone could do a lot of damage with that.

Advice or thoughts for an individual case will not be given on this thread but that is a POFA-compliant NTK.

Here's a redacted version. Unusually, the small print at the bottom does say an unpaid charge will go up to £170 (good luck with that, Initial Parking, LOL!) but it's not a prominent warning, by any means:

Here is an NTK from NCP. This is non-POFA. Cancelled by NCP at the first stage using the "it's not POFA compliant, therefore you can't transfer liability, no obligation to name driver and won't be doing so ... go and do one" response letter!

Pages 1 and 2:

... and also a VCS non stopping at airport. This went straight to Final Reminder; I never received the initial NTK. It's non-POFA (suspect they aren't even interested in using POFA from what I can tell).

Also any credibility is grossly undermined as they don't understand the difference between "Owner" and "Registered Keeper" and that the driver may be neither of those different people.

Here's a POFA-worded 2023 NTK from the same company in October 2023.

This shiny new version from this Autumn also states in small print at the bottom, for the first time, that the sum 'may' increase to £160.

Shame for them that the £70 add-on is not adequately 'prominently' stated here and it wasn't quantified on the signs, thus it comes too late to be part of the alleged contract.

The reverse is the same in both versions.

I wonder if they've had time to change all the telephone numbers on their signs?
