    MNPR - what a crock of !!!!!!!  'Manual Number Plate Recognition' - what exactly does that mean? Oh, yes, parking weasel manually recognises an opportunity to bag a bonus, pulls out the iPhone and takes a photo of a numberplate!

    Kerchiiiing!  Any opportunity to scam an unsuspecting motorist.
