Thanks v much - we needed one of those.
They attempt to hold a rk liable but don't seem to have the PoFA required words 'and pass the notice to them'. Not that an IAS appeal is worth trying. It isn't, IMHO. This Is Norwich Traffic Control - NTK, I would love some feedback on this if you think it is POFA or not

PoFA compliant.Who the hell do they think they are adding this in? 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Re: Norwich Traffic Control NtK ......Date of Contravention : 19/03/2023Date of Sending : 18/04/2024@Karkan : it is NOT PoFA Compliant. Do you have a remote controlled car ? The reason for issuing the PCN is "parking whilst not on the premises" - how did the driver manage to do that ?1

Thanks all for the feedback.
@FrankCannon - what makes you ask if it's a remote controlled car and NOT PoFA compliant?
Yep i don't know how you can park whilst not on the premises as surely that means the car wasn't there?
