    iPark Services Ltd, Non-PoFA NtK:

    Thanks!  Very helpful image from late 2022.

    As you say, a very obviously non-POFA on dates & wording.

    I have made more redactions just in case.

    Slight change to I Park Services Ltd NTK. Includes the 'Please be warned' section the above doesn't have but not sure if this makes it POFA or not;

    Yep that's a POFA version. Thanks for posting.

  • Having gone through the first post of this thread, I didn't find an example for Parking & Property Management LTD, so find attached an example of a PoFA 2012 compliant PCN.
  • NForce Parking Management ......... NTK

    Thankyou very much!

    Non-POFA as the 28 day period is wrong.

  • UK Parking Ltd.

    They claim they put a notice on the windscreen but no-one saw it and there's no photographic evidence of it.

    The car was hired and the hirees live in Australia.

  • Also worth noting that this was forwarded by the hire company who want to charge a ridiculous admin fee (parking charge admin fee are in the contract).

    Please start a new thread of your own where you can receive advice tailored to your circumstances. Grateful for the pictures of the NtK, but this thread is just a repository for example NtKs, not one on which detailed, bespoke advice and guidance can be given for individual parking charges.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    @soreleg

    thankyou for a new NTK which I have redacted:

    So many PPCs with similar names but I think this one is new for the collection!

    'UKP Limited' at the top.

    SolutionLabs Ltd' (grrr, nasty) for payment.

    'PCN Parking Solutions' on the transfer of liability slip.

    Errrr hands up who it is then? Not exactly clear who is the creditor!

    Other than that (not identifying the creditor is a POFA breach) its wording looks otherwise 'POFA compliant', issued after a windscreen PCN.  IPC form so any appeal is a futile farce, as endless reports show.

    Just respond once, confirming you are the hirer, with any old appeal just to hook the letters away from the lease firm for good.

    Give the the hirer's address in Australia.  They could even admit to driving to be sure the letters can't revert to the lease firm.  I would.

    Then ignore.
