Came back from a lovely few days in Butlins Skegness last week with my Nephew.
Potted about 50p from my 'winnings' on the 2p machines, along with 3 £2 coins I got in change throughout the week.

    WOW!! Excellent potting LMD!!! :o

I hope you had a brilliant holiday at Butlins in Skegness with your nephew last week madlyn. I hope the weather was good, although that's the one thing about Butlins, there's always plenty to do whatever the weather is like.
Ah well you've got some coins after playing on the machines. At least it's something to pot!! ;)

    Another £40 potted LMD!!! :o

I don't know about others but T and I thoroughly enjoyed the Olympics, truly amazing!!

We didn't watch a lot of the Olympics but we really enjoyed the bits we did see. I love watching the gymnastics.

It's been a very busy week with all the family here. Lots of negotiating with the two toddlers now 🤣 but it was lovely to have everyone together. Our DD is expecting again so we will have our fourth grandchild early next year. It's getting expensive now!

Steady potting over the last couple of weeks. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts 🌞

I hate decorating, but had the small consolation of finding and potting a pound coin when clearing the room

Hello everyone, not been around for a while but I’m still potting.  I put £60 in last pay day and I actually found 20p roadkill on Saturday when we were on a day out at Brimham Rocks.  Considering my son has his eye on a VERY expensive new bike for Christmas I need everything I can find 🤣.  Nearly got everything for him starting school (in 2 weeks!) but last week he fractured his wrist so will be starting in a cast (nothing to do with a day out, did it at a holiday club).  I’m actually on 2 weeks holiday from this Friday so no doubt we will have a couple of trips out, including IKEA for a desk for his room.  I doubt it will see much homework action though 🤦‍♀️
