Hi all, sorry I've been missing for the whole of this year, we've had so much going on, but hoping that's the end of it. Onwards and upwards!

I've had a quick read through and finally caught up. You've all done so well!
I have no idea how much I had put away in my spc pot, I do remember adding a bit of lose change once or twice when I remembered, but no idea how much.

I have just potted £40 so I have maybe £60 in there now? It will be a nice surprise come October when I count it!

So sorry to hear your sad news Sue-UU x
Also sorry to hear about your hubby Lucy x

Potted £50 and a couple of handfuls of change.  My son started secondary school today and came home saying he loved it which is a weight off my mind.  Just checked his school app and he’s been awarded 2 positive marks already; long May it last 🤞

Hello Potters, I hope you've all enjoyed a really wonderful weekend and the first couple of days of your new week! 3
For all those ill or feeling down in anyway. Get well soon and best wishes from us all at SPC. 3

    Excellent potting madlyn!!

Many thanks indeed Siju, I really feel sorry for Steve's eldest son, I can quite believe how it would haunt your poor mum long after she found her dear mother.
    Well done with the £5er!

I quite agree Ant, even more so for his son. Rightly so to remind us all to cherish each day we're blessed with. It's called the present for an excellent reason.
Excellent pottings, and I'm so pleased you've pre-booked your long weekend paid for by your savings!!

Brilliant pottings Milki!! No doubt the final will be an excellent surprise!!😀
    Many thanks for your empathy.

What a huge relief that your son loves the secondary school Hetty!!
It sounds as though it's quite possiblly down to the hard work put in by his previous school as well as him and you of course!! 😄

Truly brilliant pottings Lost!! A very kind hubby indeed one way and the other! 😀

Oh dear Lucy, I'm so terribly sorry to hear of G's sad passing, but so pleased for him and for you all that it was peaceful and pain free. At least he didn't suffer for too long,  he'd been through enough with his heart attack and operation.
Sincere condolences to you and all the family. Love, Sue xxx

So sorry not to have been on the thread for a week or so dear folks.
Our DD went to the Locum at her surgery after finding a lump in her breast. She told her to go for an MRI at the local hospital, but told her it could well be a cyst. The MRI showed there was something, but also that there was something underneath.
They told ger she would need to go for another MRI at another hospital further away. The second MRI found a lump but it seemed there was something underneath it. It appeared to be calcified.
They took biopsies, and will operate on Friday. Until then we'll hope and pray it's nothing too nasty. 🤞

    Have a really lovely weekend!

    Sue x
The end date for SPC is on the 24th October 2024..........BUT no later, please!
