Yes I've already got an HSBC Advance Account.....did a bank switch a while back and got a couple of hundred quid.......it's not particularly impressive. They don't have any market leading products. My HSBC reg saver, which ends next month, languishes at a very poor 5%. So, unless you just need a current account or a switch there's nothing to recommend it !0

I received my card & pin, and had my account, mobile banking etc set up within 5 days of application, no issues what so ever. Pretty quick service I'd say!
One of the easiest £205's that I've earnt, that's for sure (once the other bits and bats have been ticked off, which aren't exactly back breaking either and can all be done without even getting off the sofa).
This is providing you get accepted for the account which seems the main hurdle for most.0 -
catalonia13 said:Hi, re the - Pay £1,500+ in once. does anyone know if that has to be in one go or can you make a couple of payments say £1000 and the £500 later?
thanks,
linda
You can pay in say £100, then take it out, then repeat 14 times until you have hit the £1500 target.

I applied on Saturday. Received an email today (Tuesday) asking for three months payslips. Has anyone else been asked for payslips, and if so how soon did you receive an answer after submitting them?0

I think it'd be safer and much easier just to wait for payday and transfer it in, then remove most of it back out (leaving enough for those 5 essential transactions), or even doing £750 x2 etc rather than multiples of £100.0
