Hope you've all had a reasonable weekend.
I've been productive today.
Did home-made vegetable soup with butter beans for lunch today and there's some left over for tomorrow.
Another load of washing went on.
TD went on
Ironing done.
DW on.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Children home.. DD1 brought hers for dinner.. they've been loud and annoying and a pita all evening.. banished off home to bed now
Apparently the grandbeast needs new cardies.. but my wrist hurts and my geriatric thumb.
I'm needing to feed Squeak.. and me.. and OH .. and I have more washing to hang up.. I ended up throwing a few vest tops and pj bits in the TD with the bitty things so those need folding.
Washing off the line probably for the last time this year.. and given a quick wash a double spin and flng on the airers.. the airers are groaning under the weight of 5 loads of laundry, including a pair of 90x90 lined curtains.. a kind of faded red colour if anyone needs any.. complete with a fair bit of (clean) cat and a faded corner and inner edge.... I have some gorgeous retro kitchen curtains which don't fit anywhere in my house but they are too lovely to fling..
DW has a bit of room to fill it for a third run so I will do that while sorting Squeak food.
I got zero christmas shopping done.. but I did score Twinkle some winter boots with 20% off and Dot a coat for £7 and can v1nted their old ones and DD1 took a carrier of my vinted stuff home with her.. that half a dozen things I don't need to list.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)7 -
Question... OH is useless.. if price caps are coming down is it worth being on a fixed rate right now? I can't see the point.. and I would be so mad if I fixed it and it came down more... but I will be mad if it goes up too.. HALP! .. Bear in mind my bills in the last 12 months were £3900!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)6
