  • I love parsnips - how do you eat yours? Mr T brought me some today and I shall probably blanch and freeze for roasting. 
  • Additional frugalness we earnt £0.34 from octopods energy saving session we did the other week🤣😝🤭. Oh well better in mine than theirs.

  • Redo we tend to roast them, however like them in stew, curried parsnip soup is nice and even tried it in a cake, which was surprisingly delicious .

    - OPs to mortgage = £11,338 Interest saved £5225 to date

    At least that means you don't have a sale to sort out over Christmas (as far as we know) - I don't expect many people will be looking to initiate a move until New Year.
