    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £229,702
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,345 Estd. interest saved = £5,863 to date
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

  • Hmmmm that's what I thought beanielou and KK. We don't go out much and I know prices have gone up, but I was surprised. Anyway only thing I can do about it, is to not go again.

    Frugalness 
    1. DH and I decluttered our money holding receptacles of change into the fun pot.
    2. Tea provided by the plot - squash, chestnut and sage risotto (squash, sage and onions).
    3. Used nature's tumble drier.
    4. Wm,dw and car used cheap electric session
    5. Free exercise courtesy of miss giddychops and hairy maclary from Donaldsons dairy 
    6. Plot grown berries with breakfast.
    7. No money spent.
    8. Celery from dad
    Grateful for
    1. Stayed dry all day
    2. Christmas is packed away
    3. New book.
