Caught up with the thread and then had to Google bed bugs / public transport. Eugh!

Not too stressful a day at work today. Called at PO on my way home to pay the rent and pick up my parcel. Brought in the emptied bin. Got changed into my scruffs and had a coffee. Long phone call from Pops. I was planning on visiting him this weekend but my office mate's husband has covid so I'm wary now.

Nearly weekend woot woot.

Christmas stuff delivered.. I need to put everything in to my app.. but MIL is on there and it makes me sad. ~ Pixie is done without me getting her the violin I wanted to get her.
I have a list of stuff I know I want to get people.. and my mother has allocated £15 per body so I have that too.. x25

I need to do a food shop.. OH doesn't get paid for 15 days and I am not buying food this month.. this was the agreement.. OH buys food and I pay the bills.

So today, worked 7-8am, went for a run, shower, breakfast, tidied up, washing in then worked 10am to 12noon.  Washing out, off to pick Mum up to take her out for lunch.  Into the office by 2.30pm and worked through until 8pm.  And breathe.

Tomorrow I have deadlines to meet, but working from home and I dont plan to do a full day.

We got away yesterday (almost) as planned - just 1.5 hours late leaving home, as DH never allows himself enough time to pack..  Now at my DD's until Monday.  Hoping to meet up with friends tomorrow for coffee or lunch, otherwise no big plans, just relaxing and enjoying being with family.  DGSs have shot up again!

This week I started emptying photo albums from when my children were little and sorting which pics I want to keep.  Did 6 albums at home in 2 days and brought another 10 with me, which DD and I went through yesterday evening.  I have cleared half a shelf in the cupboard on the landing  I

I have done just over an hour at the paid stuff, although still in Pj's.  Breakfast eaten and coffee drunk.  Off to put on some clothes and do more work.  Pouring down, but it's supposed to improve.
