    4LB Off please Brambling.  Hope you are feeling better, a Whiskey and full fat coke works for me sometimes if all else fails. 

    I have solved my, menopause issues.  The Doctor was a joke, ignored what I had to say and in not so many words decided my problems are because I am fat and ordered blood tests (looked at what she ordered), it had little to do with my problems, also that I had some sort of Plague, told me how to wash my clothes, bedding and to cut my nails off, cheeky mare, wouldn't care but she was fat.  Lightbulb went off 2 days later, stopped taking a supplement to help with aging and all is well again.

    wow well done of the 4lb Jenny  :)  I would like to say i was surprised at the doctors comments but unfortunately I'm not.  I find the advantage of telephone asthma reviews is no getting on the scales or having all issues blamed on my weight!  when I went a few years ago about menopause symptoms she spent my appointment complaining about her symptoms and then wrote down a drug for anxiety and told me to go and research it and let her know if I wanted to take it!  I didn't go back

    Thanks Brambling, I won't be having the bloods done.

    I think I'm starting a new diet trend, have a consultant tell me I'm fat and 2x female GP's and I lose more weight.  :D
