Hi, I'd like to join in please, I've lost some weight this year but have found myself stalling so looking for something to help keep me accountable.
I do weigh ins on Monday, so I'll do my starting weight then. Ideally I'd like to lose 10lbs over the three months, but will see how it goes.2 -

First weigh in - 11st 11lbs.
So although I put my goal as to lose 10lbs, I think I'll have a secondary goal of losing 11lbs to get me to 11st.
Unfortunately today is a work from home, I always struggle with keeping my eating on track when working from home.4
