Well done on the loss Ginger always good if not expected
I'm also going to be more proactive in tracking what I'm stuffing my face with eating and menu planning which I'm doing and then not necessary following

Hi everyone, 0.5lb off for me this week. It's a miracle I lost at all as it's been an incredibly stressful week. I was reminded last night that the best way to get rid of stress hormones is exercise so today I am going for a swim and later on this afternoon I will go for a walk. Over the weekend I am aiming to go to the gym.
Well done to everyone who has lost this week xx3 -
Back on the digital scales and they reckon 1lb gain this week! Gah! I need to stick to one or'tother really. I have (apart from the weekend) stuck to 'the plan' so it's annoying.
I'm going back onto yogurt (on offer yay!) and nuts for breakfast this week and see if it makes a difference. I'm not sure porridge every day suits me as my guts felt 'sore' tbh. I love a bowl when it's cold though.
Supportive vibes if you're feeling stressed or not quite 'the thing'. Look after yourselves and keep warm x3 -
well i've put the 2 lbs i lost back on must try harder3

Very much not wanting to go to the gym tonight. It has been a long day at work and I'm tired. And today circumstances conspired so I had to go past a Chinese on my way to the gym.
But, I am here and typing this in my breaks. And I will not eat takeaway tonight.
I don't know what I'm eating, as I very much cannot be bothered to cook, so I suspect it will be jacket potato and salad, but that is a million times better than takeaway!

@Foofoopuppy, takeaway, does not have to be bad.... mushroom Chow Mein, or my choice a chicken kebab with everything on it, minus the pita. I get an extra curry sauce and keep it in the freezer to have with SW type chips.
@Pixie_Cosmo I'm trying to keep warm, loss of lard = feeling cold, glad your yogurt is back on the plan, I'm finding turkey bacon is helping me, I struggle with protein.
@[Deleted User] You hit the nail on the head with the stress thing. X

@jennystarpepper it doesn't have to be bad, but I know what I get 🙈
I'd rather have takeaway infrequently and have what I actually want instead of something that I'm dissatisfied with, so I have had to cut it down significantly! I also find that it takes me a few days after a takeaway to get back on track properly.
But you're right that sometimes it's about making healthy swaps so you don't lose all progress4 -
A pound/half a kilo off, weighed in at 103.9 then 104.1 so I'll go for the higher one.
Definitely feel a little better as I've increased the exercising (walking) a lot. Still work to do with the eating.
Good luck and well done everyone.4 -
Possibly my worse week so far, behaviour wise!
After only getting 8hrs of sleep over 4 days (nightshifts and insomnia) I binged the contents of my kitchen on wednesday. Im not even sure I remember eating half of it!!LOL
After that I decided I needed a break so I stopped counting calories, stopped exercising and didnt set my alarm for the rest of the week, just to relax and recharge.
aaaaand I somehow lost 3 and a half pounds!!
I have no idea how that happened but hopefully it means I can keep drinking mugs of hot chocolate all winter!!LOL5
