Old Style Weight Loss Challenge - 4th Quarter 2023

  • Well, last week was a disaster! I was ill at the beginning of the week with a cold. I lost my appetite, and didn't move much for three days. Appetite then came back with a vengence. Weird cravings for tinned spaghetti on toast 🤣. Sadly I didn't fancy any of my healthier meal options from the freezer, or cooking anything.

    Anyway, I made up for it and some.  Friends came to stay at the weekend and we ate out etc.

    So after a week of not doing much and eating too much I'm up 2lbs. I'm still lacking motivation to do much.

    Back to it...
  • Down 1/2lb, which is annoying because I don't feel like I'm doing badly. I obviously need to keep a closer track on what I'm eating, I think I've been slowly letting the snacks increase which is probably slowing my progress 😔
  • STS For me, (It's really a quarter off.)  One or maybe two more weigh ins for me this year, it will; be nice to get off the 'weight-loss machine' for a while as it can take over a bit.

    Have a good week everyone.

    Thank you @Brambling, feeling much better now. I've started taking Vit D spray again now it's dark most of the time! I think it helps with moods and immunity at this time of year.
    @Foofoopuppy still a loss 🎉
  • Just a quick drop in to say I've lost -0.5lbs this past week @Brambling. At least it's going in the right direction as you always say. :) I upped my fiber and water intake last week and I think that helped. Long may it continue!

    Have been a bit lazy with the tracking and calorie counting it’s very bothersome. Will attempt to make more effort this week.
