But I did get my new mini stepper delivered yesterday and Ive already had a go on it. I do 20 mins cardio 5 times a week and can now alternate my stepper with my exercise bike (basically I time it to an episode of something on Netflix!!LOL).
Lost another 1Ib last week though so all good.
Am now 0.2Ibs away from my target for the year.........aaaaahh!!
I get it though, if its throwing it down 99% of people won't want to do a walk.3 -
Well done Catz 👏. Hopefully your claw back the gain once your routine is back to usual Bazz 🙂
I agree walking when it's wet is no fun, I prefer to walk spring or autumn as I also burn and get too hot and sweaty to walk when it's too hot, I'm lucky that I live on the outskirts of town so there is plenty of walking near me, but it's only a two mile walk into town if I don't want to drive,

+1/2 lb please Brambling over 2 weeks
In the middle of my best or worse 2 weeks for Christmas socialising so happy and relieved !3 -
I'm all over the place at the mo. I've put on 4lbs :-( basically because I've been feeling rubbish with illness and work stress, the weather has been rubbish, and I feel like I've gone into hibernation mode! I've given up for now tbh.
I had a look at my average weight over the last few years. I basically seem to hover around one weight, get down a few lbs, then it just creeps back up again. I spend a lot of time stressing about being overweight, calorie counting, trying to fit in enough exercise. I am overweight by 1/2 stone at least. I do need to do something about it as I hurtle towards menopause though. I know it's not much overweight compared to some folk. I'm short though and it really shows on me, plus my 'nice' clothes don't fit. It matters to me.
Sorry for the vent/feeling sorry for myself moaning. I'm the only one who can do something about it. I just wish my motivation and some energy would come back!3 -
I have STS this week. Quite happy with that as it could have been worse.2

Going away for a couple of days and I've just realised I've not weighed in.......I was going to do it before heading out, but my memory is appalling.
Think I've done ok, maybe not lost too much but I've put the steps in and certainly don't feel as sluggish (dare I say downright cr*p) as I did last week.
DEFINITELY weighing in next Friday.
Good luck everyone.1
