  • Well done to everyone who's seeing losses, lots of positives recently.

I'm pleased that I'm back on track, lost 1lb this week. However I won't be weighing in next Monday as I'll be away.

Need to make sure I stay on track whilst away, hoping to get in plenty of exercise through going for walks and such.

  • Some great results! This week I've lost 2lbs :-) I have managed my steps most days and counted my calories. I had yogurt and nuts for breakfast, smoked tofu and salad rolls, or beans on 1 slice of marmite toast, for lunch and a sensible evening meal. Still not motivated to do yoga, running or workouts sadly!

This week will be a mix of porridge and yogurts for breakfast. Houmous (on offer!), warm pitta bread and crudités for lunch as I fancy a change. Gets a load of veggies in me plus the crunching is nice!  I'm trying to keep my breakfast lower calorie as I'm not super hungry first thing. Then I can have more later!

Hope everyone has a good week :-)

  • A gain unfortunately, up to 103.9 from 102.9.

A week off work is always welcome but it means less walking (walk a lot at work even though its part time) plus more free time and meals out.

See if I can claw some of it back next week.

Ive found Im walking alot less now anyways. I just cant bring myself to to enjoy a walk when the weather is so chuffin' miserable!
But I did get my new mini stepper delivered yesterday and Ive already had a go on it. I do 20 mins cardio 5 times a week and can now alternate my stepper with my exercise bike (basically I time it to an episode of something on Netflix!!LOL).

Lost another 1Ib last week though so all good.
Am now 0.2Ibs away from my target for the year.........aaaaahh!! :#
