Well, Tuesday meal went better than expected, but today's is unlikely to. I will continue to weigh in to try and keep me somewhat on track, but I won't be hitting my target.
I have however discovered that I quite like a vr dance game, so will be trying to regularly incorporate that as additional exercise.
Hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and New year1 -
Well, final total for this year is 6lbs less than I weighed this time last year. Thank you all for the support and venting space, and @Brambling for running the thread.
Hope you have a wonderful mid winter time, however you celebrate!
January, I'm coming to get you!2 -
This morning's weigh-in was 114.1 kg, so down 1.9 kg (just over 4lb) from last week.
I guess next week will be the last for 2023, then 2024 to look forward to. I'll have to start thinking about a target.1 -
Apparently this week has been better than expected - I am somehow down 1lb?? I will take it as a Christmas present 😆
My next weigh in will be for the new year now, and if there is going to be a new thread I will be joining again.
Thanks very much for running this one Brambling 😊
Happy Christmas to you all, maybe your presents be low caolorie (like a lush bath bomb!) 🎁🎁🎁2 -
Good morning and Happy Christmas everyone
well done for all those who weighed in, I'll catch up later

Sue i'll join you on the naughty step until Monday - I've been seeing a osteopath for hip pain who tells me he thinks its the joint and to ask my doc for a x-ray I will put money on the surgery will give me the weight lecture which to be fair would be justified!
