Well done on the loss Ginger always good if not expected  :)

I'm also going to be more proactive in tracking what I'm stuffing my face with eating and menu planning which I'm doing and then not necessary following

    Have a good week
I'm pretty good at planning what I'm going to eat (My Fitness Pal).  The following it is the hard bit ...
  • Evening all. I weighed myself yesterday but forgot to record it here. STSAt this point I’ll take it. I ate a lot of food delivery last week due to being under lots of deadlines and stress.

@Foofoopuppy I think I may take a page out of your book and start tracking my food again in My Fitness Pal. The reality helps.

  • Had my weigh in today as busy yesterday - STS 😔
I knew I hadn't been so on top of my diet last week,  but hadn't realised it was so bad. I think it was impacted as well because I skipped a couple of gym sessions, so that's a lesson. At least I didn't get the takeaway, otherwise it would probably have been an increase!
So back on the wagon this week to see if I can lose enough to hit my goal.
  • 1.5 LB Off please Bramling.

Late to the party this week, looking after Mr Pepper, bonus was managed to get a Dr and Consultant appointment all within a couple of hours, via private medical cover, it does gripe me that I have over 4 weeks for a nurse's appointment.

Bikini bottom problem has been resolved, shorts, the very short leg type that Italian men like to strut around the pool in.  :D

    Have a good week all.
