Had a bit of a scare this evening, had email saying my credit score had updated. Logged on to check it only to see it say new Lloyds account added. I was like WHAT!! Quickly logged into my Lloyds to only discover my old saver had given me interest taking it from inactive to active. So that was £49.72 quickly transferred across.
I've put £25 into my savings pots and remainder into my football fund. We've decided on my first away game and now I have almost enough to cover both train ticket and football ticket wahooo. Going to purchase train ticket soon so can get advanced rates. If it changes for any reason i'll just have a day out in London instead. But it shouldn't as sky have announced all the games that will be live past October already. Football ticket won't go on sale for another week or so yet so have time to find missing £6-7. Then the process starts over again!
I'll try and add more items to vinted this week and maybe fb marketplace for some bigger items. Need to clear my spare room it's become my dumping ground.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200
*Virgin Credit Card - £3552.50 - £0
*Natwest - £1828.35 -£0.00
Barclaycard - £2315.25 - £0.00
Creation Finance - £960.32 £840
*Total debt - £8040/£11641.17*
Savings
*Savings Buffer - £100/£1500
*Emergency Fund - £1500/£1500

Happy Monday. Majority of my direct debits have gone out this morning including £100 to dad loan, £50 to virgin CC and £25 to natwest CC. The interest payments rounded up to £10 have gone to emergency fund and I have updated my signature.
No plans for spending today as sent both my vinted parcels last night so shouldn't need to leave the house. Well except to go for a walk as I need to get some steps in.
I have 1.5hrs left on my fast, I am starting to get hungry now. Weighed this morning and down 3lbs since Saturday, most of that will be water weight but it's a step in right direction.*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

I also have a desk job, use nutracheck and count my steps. I know they say exercise is such a small part of weight loss, but on the weeks I manage to get my steps in every day I usually go down a touch and on the weeks I can’t manage it when work and life take too much time up I slide back up. I just can’t seem to get any loss to stick, even though I count everything. Fasting is a bit extreme for me, but 3lb’s is amazing! Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Anything you do to get in a calorie deficit on a regular basis is a good way too drop. Hydration is a big one too.
Doing alot of steps and tracking them helps have a look at this I know its approximate and other factors are involved like age/fitness/weight/metabolism/ pace etc but it all helps. Doing 1000 steps you will burn ish 40-60 cals I do lots of like tricks to boost them.
If you have to talk a personal call wander about as your on the call.
If your at work and its quiet get up and wander
Never use lifts
And try and do 5-10 minute walks after eating it helps with digestion when your standing.
Doing laundry only get stuff out of the machine 2-3 items at a time

Fortunately I am only mid 30s so still young enough that when I am 100% on it I can get good loss. It will probably go down to 1-2lb loss a week after this first week.Scott_Weiland79 said:Sarahwithlove said:Scott_Weiland79 said:Sarahwithlove said:Scott_Weiland79 said:Sarahwithlove said:Scott_Weiland79 said:How are you finding the fasting its something I have never tried?

I also need to get back into habit of using the adjustable bit of my desk. My new chair I'd definitely comfier and I have ordered an under desk foot rest so that I stop leaning forward on my elbows! So £13 spent on amazon today for that. Also paid £14 for my train ticket for football in October.
