Currently trying to open up the Lloyds account, but it keeps telling me my phone number and email address are not valid. I've tried a couple of different browsers, and email addresses. They are 100% correct. Has anyone else come across this issue?
Edit to add: eventually got it to accept my phone number, but still not the email address. Even tried my work one in case it was having issues with gmail.com

Has anyone received interest into their new club Lloyds account (after receiving the switch bonus) but not having the 2 Direct Debits on their account?

Yes this happened when I first opened a club Lloyds account. Received interest for the first two months, then as I had no DDs it stopped. They seem allow a grace period to set them up.pokemaster said:Has anyone received interest into their new club Lloyds account (after receiving the switch bonus) but not having the 2 Direct Debits on their account?1 -
Late to this as I had a typical brain fade not realising I was eligible, luckily I was kindly informed I am.
So I may as well double check the process, its open a Club Lloyds account first then activate the switch?

You can initiate the switch as a part of the account opening process or after the fact. Either way will be fine as long as you meet all the other requirements.Bazzalona13295 said:Late to this as I had a typical brain fade not realising I was eligible, luckily I was kindly informed I am.

Switch complete today but no bonus - I did get Halifax bonus a few weeks ago. Has anyone else successfully got the bonus from Lloyds as well as Halifax?0

Exactly the same situation here. Was worth a shot and I still get 12 months of Disney+ and a decent regular saver out of it.mazdaq199 said:Switch complete today but no bonus - I did get Halifax bonus a few weeks ago. Isn't it paid within 3 days of the switch completing, not on the day that the switch completes?mazdaq199 said:Switch complete today but no bonus - I did get Halifax bonus a few weeks ago. Has anyone else successfully got the bonus from Lloyds as well as Halifax?
It's usually a few days before thew switch actually completes, but you're right in that it can take up to 3 days AFTER it completes in some instances.
