Yes, really weird,  You lost at POPLA then CEL cancelled it a day later?

@Coupon-mad apologies for the delay- I did not receive a notification that anyone had replied- anyway, yes. That is what happened. We were holding our breath waiting for someone to contact us saying it was a mistake but all is well. Having never received one of these before it seemed odd that we received another PCN just a few days later, for a completely unrelated "incorrect parking". It possibly speaks of the level at which these people are operating. Felt like we weere being followed!
