Sorry this may have been covered, do you know when the monthly interest gets applied?
It's in the Key Facts Document...

"We’ll pay the interest on the monthly or yearly anniversary of the day you opened the account."

    Lunaversary?

  • Signed up for this more than 10 days ago and haven't received a letter nor am I able to reach out to them.
Not worth the effort in my opinion.
  • Had both my letters to get on online but it won't let me get past ID and password page anyone else had this problem ?
  • Good to know I've not been singled out for special treatment. I opened the account 7 September, confirmed by an email which stated "we’ll send 2 letters within the next 7 days, which will be sent separately for security".

Last week I spent way too much time trying to contact them only to be told I needed to register online, did that and the email confirmation says it will take another 4-6 working days to get the log in details.  Best case scenario is that it will be 3 weeks+ before I can use this account by which time they'll probably have reduced the rate!

I doubt the rate will be cut that quickly

My parents applied on the forth as new customers and never received online banking information despite what the emails say. I manually registered them for it last week so hoping something turns up soon. They deposited as soon as the details were confirmed though so they're not missing out.
