Looking here (couldnt find it on this thread of where to notify of change of address)
https://ccua.org.uk/hmcts-update-mailbox-closures-for-the-civil-national-business-centre-in-northampton-cnbc-from-28-february-2024/
it suggests CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.uk as the email to send to.
Sound sensible?
Looks like you got there in the end but what's wrong with picking the email address from the opening post of the template Defence thread?1 -
KeithP said:Yes, CNBC@justice.gov.uk is not valid - simply because it is incomplete.
Looks like you got there in the end but what's wrong with picking the email address from the opening post of the template Defence thread?because thats an image the text isnt searchable.
What future documents might be sent my way after the defence has been submitted that would now be time-sensitive to react to? Or is the change in address mainly for reasoning on why the defence was submitted late.
I will refresh the MCOL website daily from now. I will be moving address again from September - am i fine to get that set ahead now via the same process and tell them of the move date?0 -

That would rely on people or processes at the CNBC having a way of being notified of your future move date when the time comes.
Every day we see the CNBC get things wrong.
Keep it simple.
A day or so before you move, send an email to both the CNBC and the Claimant advising them of your new address. You also need to be able to retrieve anything that gets sent to what then becomes your old address.3 -

Shall i put the claim number in the email also?1 -
Their reference number is on the claim form1
