I'm hoping the defence went through as it now says "a bar has been put in place on this claim. you cannot respond to the claim at this time"

That was updated in the last hour. Claims history unchanged..

Is it worth calling the court to see if the defence went through? Its not obvious

Just to be super clear: i did NOT submit defence through the MCOL website - i just refreshed around 10.30am and that bar message was there - so is this good news that my email defence went through okay?

I am still lacking the DPO email address for the county court.
I assume gladstones (solicitors) is enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk?
And for the court is it
    ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk? or enquiries.northampton.countycourt@justice.gov.uk?

Thanks for future help, i cant find threads on this forum with this info

Wrong. Why are you assuming anything?

Their privacy policy on their website states the email address of their Data Protection Officer at least five times.

Definitely not that one. You are not dealing with Northampton County Court at all. You need to be informing the
Civil National Business Centre (CNBC) which also just happens to be in Northampton.

Apologies, it was definitely a question.

Okay, i'll send updated address to CNBC@justice.gov.uk and DataProtectionOfficer@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk.

Shall i put the claim number in the email also?

From another thread i believe the email for CNBC of CNBC@justice.gov.uk is no longer valid.
Looking here ( (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6108153/suggested-template-defence-to-adapt-for-all-parking-charge-cases-where-they-add-false-admin-costs/p1) of where to notify of change of address)

it suggests CaseProgression.CNBC@justice.gov.uk as the email to send to.

Will send here and to the solicitors DPO
