I think it's a sensible decision. I'm considering liquidating at least some of my savings when my fix comes up for renewal later this year. Right now I'm earning more interest than I'm paying, but that won't continue. And it takes a lot of pressure off5

We are grandparents 🥳 Baby Fortune arrived today. He is the cutest bundle. Mum had a very long labour and will need some time to recover but all is well. We'll be travelling up in a couple of week's time to meet the new member of the Fortunate family.
