  • This sounds awful for Mr F - indeed good he is out of there -  maybe he should leave the door open on contract work but see if he can cover it elsewhere - does he have other work planned already?

    That rail station looks dangerous!

Bacon and cheese loaf - would not last a  day in my home and I live alone!
    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Goodness me, how utterly unprofessional!! Quite ridiculous, and he is definitely better off out! Must have been bad if you decided to record it 😱 Can't believe people speak like that to others, and at work too!! 😱

Glad Mr F is able to leave and soon, I know from my work how badly some people are affected by bullying in their job and so many don't have the option to leave for various reasons.

Ah yes because that's the way to make Mr F want to stay longer, by treating him like that and lying to him  :#
  • Oh blimey that is very poor. Agree about it validating the decision

absolutely loved the 'good in parts' curates egg reference. We must read the same books.

I can't recall where I first came across the expression @redofromstart but I like the story behind it.
