Ha I know what you mean on the list spawn. I have started writing mine backwards, the end result I want is at the front and all the tasks needed to accomplish it follow it.

Totally get list spawn - here what started as a simple job has morphed into so many jobs I am overwhelmed with them but from each grew ten more!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0
