    COA is indeed change of address. Santander absolutely doing my head in insisting I verify my identity before changing my address then their app being utterly unable to scan my passport.

    Every other bank it was a five second job but there always has to be some issue with Santander

    Sant were a PITA - ask whether you can go into a branch with ID docs with the new address and do it that way PiP - that as what I did in the end IIRC.
