I really tried @beanielou but heat and hormones crashed me out. Had to get up daft early and do a lot of work for client job! Scotland still in with a decent chance though, we'll see what the other games outcomes are...
I basically said 'email me quote or no worries' @Rhyddid2026 @EssexHebridean and they did then it turned out two of the three quotes we got still wanted to come round despite me providing a full list of everything so I went with the one that wasn't insistent on taking up my life time

Got some good news, mortgage broker is sending me £350 due to the BS they recommended harassing me over getting pip payments. It's a big broker company @liselle and @KajiKita so won't be coming out of an individual's pocket, otherwise I would very regretfully turn it down as an individual shouldn't be punished for something they didn't do. We made sure to sing the praises of the people who were helpful and decent and professional
Thanks KK. I don't want to leave my home or block or mum or area or friends or job or local or community. I appreciate that I'm being really ungrateful and that it will probably be fine once we move, it's just that I have the life I want and am happy here, and now I have to leave it
