It is a daily comp on Nect@r @PennysIntoPounds I've done 2 days so far and won SFA 😰. It looks like you might have to remember to click on the link each day as they don't seem to send reminders.

Re presents, I was only thinking the other day that I have usually got a few gifts in the presents bag by now. The only one in there atm is a pair of earrings I made for my sister - I made us both a pair from some particularly nice green millefiori glass beads from a broken bracelet - & as I intend to give her those when I see her this weekend, that is going to mean a grand total of NO presents in the presents bag!

Good luck with all the invigilating season.

Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!

That is most unlike you to go to a no-stocked-presents bag @foxgloves! I don't know if you do similar but, while I try not to browse shop sites so as to not be tempted, I do keep an ongoing list of things people have said they like or would be handy so I can pounce if I see a good deal then keep it for their birthday or Christmas

Thanks for the good luck for invigilating season, I am feeling a bit exhausted and overwhelmed and achey in advance, but it's all good, just need to try not to do my stressy brain thing of trying to cope with everything that will happen over months all in one go 😁

Ooh 25 Nectar points for me today @teapot2 , congrats on yours

@amber03 I realised I phrased my question to you really badly , I knew what work you had done but what I meant to say was did you get the property knowing you'd have to do these works, what did you learn, did you have to go through getting any council permissions etc 'What were all the things' was sloppy, sorry from my tired brain 😁

Thanks for the cascadle recommendation @dawnybabes , the whole girl cuz whatsapp group is on it. Though I'm rubbish at it, and how are there this many three letter words 😂

Everyone who's voting tomorrow, don't forget to take your I.D!

I accumulate all my cascadle points (a bad thing for those who don't know it) on those 3 letter words. It doesn't matter where I start with the vowels it is always the wrong one for that day.
