An in-between phase

@beanielou an email was sent to them asking when they're going to adjust this and return any money to our account (I know we've only had it five minutes but that 0.2p is my 0.2p 😂). I then emailed broker asking him to email them and back me up, and he's asked for copy of my email so he can add anything to that in his response so fingers crossed for a swift sorting-out!
Thanks @KajiKita I'm always on mobile so that's not working! Appreciate the suggestion
Cheers @jwil, suspect we'll need some of the PB money to counter the additional interest they've landed us with. I have been repeatedly asking about interest for months and got strong feeling everyone thought I was being 'one of those tricky customers who doesn't really understand how things work' so while an absolute pain and an unnecessary mission, at least I can be like 'I knew it! I damn well knew you would do exactly this thing. In your face, patronising reassuring comments that you dashed off without ever actually checking, in your face.
