Steps going for beer with Mr PIP (with camra discount). Started looking at internal doors but lost the will to live so have decided we'll revisit the bathroom fittings tomorrow instead. Then go to the pub once we've lost the will to live again 😁https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

Ohhh interesting @badmemory, I have always gone for bevvy spelling but some birds are a bevy so maybe that's just the compiler's wont. Thanks!https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

Thank goodness the pub is a welcome sanctuary from house fittings and bizarre crossword clues 🍻I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Thank goodness indeed @Sun_Addict, a decent local is essential for mental health imo!

We have a tiny micro pub that sells local real ales just doors away from our house. It gets really busy, although doesn’t take many to fill it it’s that small 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Bathroom fittings was sacked off as the mere prospect was putting me in a bad mood and no bad vibes allowed on a Sunday!
Usuals
Half wussy situps
Laundry
Shower and hairwash
Half hour carpet walk
Steps with Mr PIP for a Sunday beer and financial planning where we mysteriously yet again didn't win the lottery
Dinner is spaghetti with cupboard sauce
Happy Sunday everyone and cosily productive vibes to everyone who's back to work tomorrow 🍻https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

Sorry @WelshmansDaughter, thank you for your service!

Build admin, a looooong letter that took ages to get right. If it works we'll save some money and if it doesn't we'll be no worse off (ha, famous last words, who knows with this council) but🤞
Good walk getting some olio bread then met Mr PIP for a reward beer (with camra discount), did the very dull task of comparing interest rates now they've all gone down, to make sure we're squeezing as many pences as we can from the rather bare savings!
Hope everyone's week has started well 🍻https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1
