In addition to earlier report, had a little stroll around the manor, prepped veg with Mr PIP, did a survey, started writing in the dates in the notebook for a diary. Painfully tedious job (and physically painful job) but can't justify spending money on a diary when I have so many notebooks!
Lovely time had with mum and Mr PIP, I'd saved the competition-winning bottles of sparkling, white, and red, so everyone had something nice to suit their preferences and I got to feel like a fabulous host at no extra cost 😊
Fervently hoping builder gets back to us asap about suitability of loo we've chosen as we bought some other bathroom materials and I'm itching to update my budget and target 😂5 -
Might I suggest a perpetual calendar stamp type thing to remedy the tediousness? And to make the notebook mountain perpetually useful?
Otherwise you're welcome to my spare diary, it came free with Vogue and I feel it is suitably glamorous for you3 -
But the days change dates every year @WelshmansDaughter, I already get confused enough writing it in when I'm paying attention 😂
That is a lovely offer and I would have taken you up on it but I can't waste the notebook that is partly dayed and dated thus far 😁
Love that you think it would be suitably glamorous for me though, feeling extra pretty going to bed tonight 😊💅3 -
I did exactly the same as you @PiP.Used a note book (free from an event) drew a month planner followed by daily dates. Took ages but was quite therapeutic and the book ran out at September. Luckily I have another exactly the same but might wait until September to finish it! 😄
Now going to root out old sticker etc to jazz it up. Nobody wants to haul out an insurance firms logo stamped book in Costas!2
