    Re fitted kitchen costs.... I know we saved on the cost of a much longer run of units because we used my big kitchen dresser instead. These can be good for storage. Mine has 2 good-sized cupboards, 3 full size drawers, 6 little ones, shelves & the 'dog kennel' storage space. Dressers can be bought 2nd hand but can also be put together from separate base & top. I have also seen them made from just a base with shelves fitted directly to the wall above.

    Mine were fine apparently @amber03, I thought they weren't giving enough warmth out on some and making clanking noises on others, but think they're just being old radiators in an old property. Still find the job of bleeding them weirdly pleasing though 😁

    Though we've been trying not to eat chocolate during the week, but with this nosedive of temperature the tub of choccies in the cupboard is calling out to me!
