We had to be honest with ourselves and admit we were quite clearly not going to eat the three bags of quinoa in the cupboard so someone from olio collected those

Thanks @doingitanyway, I'm fine in myself just a bit snotty and sneezy and a tad tired, hopefully it'll b*gger off quickly so I can get back to complaining about being tired for other reasons 😁
Feeling very full at the moment as I scoffed a rather large chunk of medicinal ginger cake this afternoon, but I'm sure I can bravely fit some cheese and crackers in *so brave*

Ginger cake, much like gin, is full of botanicals thus making it a useful addition to one's '5-a-day' target.

Hope the ginger cake gets rid of the pesky cold.  If necessary I prescribe another slab tomorrow but maybe a bit bigger than today's.  If not try a 3 day course of ginger cake.
