Aw thank you @doingitanyway, I feel like it should be sort-outable but then I've seen several people over time here saying they could never get back into their accounts and had to set up new emails and profiles so hoping that's not the case as I do not feel like I have the energy to deal with that. I really don't understand why the MSE reset emails aren't being sent/received 😔

What a naff post office not letting you top up the postage.

I was so confused @beanielou, I get that it's a pre-paid label and that can't be altered, but the label was for use of royal mail option so why I can't spend extra money with royal mail stamps is beyond me.
Have a feeling I'm going to be out of pocket with this one despite selecting the option vinted recommended, but lesson learnt if so, it's certainly not the buyers fault

That’s my kind of win, 3 bottles of wine. I only drink maybe a bottle once a month so would last as well. Post office definitely not what it used to be. Can’t remember the last time I received any post either.
