An in-between phase

Woke up early with period pains so not a hugely productive day, tested leg dropping off a vinted sale that was happily a very close drop off point, leg was aching but not painful so went for a local beer with Mr PIP at which we inexplicably didn't win the lottery again, read a book in the meantime
Happy Sunday 🍻https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

Hmm. I wonder what a dropped off hamstring would look like? I’m picturing ham+string as in a lengthy piece of bacon dragging along the pavement enticing the local pups to follow on in hope of a nibble.Hmm. Now I’ve reread that it’s perhaps not fit for publication but hey 🤷♀️ just putting it out there.Hmm. Now I’ve reread the earlier post I realise we’re talking about the leg dropping off, not the hamstring. Sheeesh! I need to keep up. (Not easy if your leg does drop off!)4

Always appreciate your sunny interpretation when we feel like we're wading through Kafka-treacle @KajiKita 😁
Read a post on @Sun_Addict's diary that made me remember another reason I was cross today, and that was because I received attempted mansplaining- I put up a free food listing of a dessert on olio today, said in the description that it wasn't vegetarian, put a picture of the ingredients which included pork gelatine, had a man message me going 'I guess you meant not vegan'.
No random man, I meant it contains meat ingredient, off of what vegetarians don't eat, like in the picture I included that says beef gelatine and not suitable for vegetarians in big letters, hence saying it wasn't vegetarian 🙄
Not even a question mark, just 'you have said something I in my mighty man-ness must correct you about even though I am wrong'. Really p*ssed me off!https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

Oh my days some people 🤬 No wonder you were cross. I mean if you said it’s not vegetarian then it’s never going to be vegan in a month of Sundays 😖I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)1
