If you ever want choclates to impress - My son always bought me chocs for Xmas & birthday, always Lindt.  Which are fine don't get me wrong.  But one year there were no Lindt.  DS in what I suspect was panic mode, bought me Martins.  Poor man is now stuck with them at about 3or4 times the price.  There is actually less chocolate in them.  It will be a long time until Christmas.

I might attempt it even with my joints and these dodgy old windows @Sun_Addict, all because the Mr PIP loves milk tray 😂
(I also love milk tray so win win)

Oh dear @badmemory, I've just looked them up and all I can say is yep your poor son! You know somethings gone horribly awry when you feed someone chocolates that leave them saying 'lindt are fine don't get me wrong' 😂

Woke early and achey but managed:

    Usuals
    A third wussy situps
    Shower and hairwash
    Didn't go back to bed

One hour walk with Mr PIP to see if I could return something, which I couldn't but I suspected that would be the case, will try again.
Pelvis dislocated on way back home so went nearest decent pub instead before limping back.
My goodness you don't realise how uneven the pavements are, how utterly self-absorbed people are, how so many people do not clip their hedges back, and how many shops have sandwich boards cluttering up the street, until you cannot easily perform a side step.

I am exhausted and will be getting a ludicrously early night! But obvs no bad vibes on a Sunday so I am pleased with my steps, getting basics done, and having nice pub time with Mr PIP. Hope everyone is having a good one and if not, tell it to eff off then go and have/do something nice instead 🥂

I can empathise with the pavement problems. There needs to be far more consideration for the needs of pedestrians with problems let alone those who use mobility aids.

Definitely with you on the pavement horrors. You don’t realise until you’re with someone using a mobility scooter. Round our way it’s pavements decimated by tree roots. It’s all very well having pretty tree lined streets until you have mobility issues 😖
