I can understand why the build is making you feel fed up.  It's omni present and seems to require so much attention and money.  It will be worth it in the end!

You are playing it well with the build. A difficult line to walk...
Glad you had a catch up with a friend bearing gifts  :)

Pip money to Pip account and a little taken off for flat and Christmas pots which I feel slightly guilty about, don't know why when it's my own money

Additional couple of quid to flat and Christmas pots from world of books finding the items I 'hadn't included' once I'd objected 🙄

    Usuals
    Survey

25 minute walk getting essentials and Mr PIP's birthday chocolates. Good lord, £6.75 for a medium box of Milk Tray. Thank you past me for doing surveys so I had a voucher towards it!

    Flat clean with minimal products

Steps meeting Mr PIP for beer and catch up as he did a site visit today. Apparently builder looked suitably embarrassed at not having done this key part of admin and for invoicing us for a construction stage before it was complete. They are still in my bad books but I am open to slightly thawing.

Hope everyone is having a grand Saturday 🥂

I didn’t realise you could still get Milk Tray. Bit of a blast from the past. Did you deliver them through a window while sporting black clothing 🤣
