What is this 'be kind to yourself' you speak of?! 😁 No, I am trying but as you know it is very, very wearing on one's physical and mental resources to feel dire, to not be able to do anything about feeling dire, and to live in dread of when the next time to feel even more dire than usual quickly rolls around.
