An important election always takes place when I’m on holiday. I was on holiday for the EU referendum and will most likely be on holiday for this one. Time to go back to postal voting I think.

Sorry to hear you felt so down yesterday. You certainly have plenty of reasons to feel like this and although you have a brilliant sense of humour, I guess some days it just runs out.

    Sending positive vibes your way.

Thanks @KajiKita, I appreciate your firm words of support!

I'll check that out @WinterWarrior, ta for the recommendation, and for reminding me to see if Michael Spicer did one of his Room Next Door sketches too

Cheers @Sun_Addict, for the empathy, and positive vibes, and the heads up that once I win the lottery if I feel an important national vote is needed I just need to send you abroad to get one 😁

Emailed council re council tax change of addresses. I expect they'll be a pain in the backside about us having our names on the bill at the new flat as it's not our flat, like they were when I moved in with mum (more than happy to take our money though!)

Whoohoo, getting the £100 'gift' from Nationwide. Good thing I used the account enough as I certainly didn't have the qualifying 500 quid in there

Packed and showered and washed hair, and over to Mr PIPs carrying minimal stuff and travelling out of peak times. Send good sleep vibes to me while I'm in Mrs Clomp range!

Mr PIP's been saving a yellow sticker caramelised onion and feta pizza so we'll have that with a bit of salad and a few slices of garlic bread

I’m also getting the £100 from Nationwide after moving over to them last year. Never got a penny from my previous bank despite being with them forever.

Sending lots of sleep vibes for tonight’s clomping carnival 🤞

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning a £500 jewellery voucher, though @Blackcats and @WinterWarrior seem to be having good luck so hopefully one of them will win if I don't

Did a Big Job of emptying out all my outside plant pots at Mr PIPs, very tired physically and making decisions-wise

    Bit more admin

Walk up high street to get bits from Lidl. So annoyed they updated their app so it's not compatible with my phone

Friday crossword papers were available so pint in a local to make sure my face is still known

We're trying to eat and drink as much as possible of the contents of the flat before moving so dinner is 'Random Contents of the Tupperware from the Freezer' 😁
