  • Top secret surveys where you have to eat the evidence would be an excellent addition to the surveying world @redofromstart.
It does amuse me when a survey makes you swear that you won't divulge any info from it, I always think 'sure, you've gone through the entire concept, research and development phases, and now you're asking randoms on the internet about it, but definitely none of your competitors in your very specific industry have got any idea what you're doing, absolutely'

  • Happy Easter everyone! As always I find myself disproportionately baffled by the clocks changing 😁

Of course now because I set my mind on being productive today I only want to mooch and do nothing much. If I can do one bit of work and one walk I will consider that a success. I'm sure the energy to do that will occur any minute. Any minute now... 👀

The clock bafflement is real. I’m always converting it in my head…ah yes 12pm, but really it’s only 11am….and on and on until I eventually get used to it 😅
    mooching can also be productive!

  • Some things have been done;

    Admin comping tidying

    Hot cross bun for breakfast

    Bit of work

Enjoyed my Easter egg from mum, which was a mini eggs one @foxgloves!

    30 minute walk

Situps as felt that I'd eaten rather a lot of the Easter egg in one go 😁

    30 minute carpet walk reading

Some hoovering but back aching so that can be resumed tomorrow or this week

Client pay share to tax pot

And now it is time for a fancy glass of picpoul on the sofa. Happy Sunday (I think) everyone 🥂

  • I too had a hot cross bun for breakfast - very delicious but wouldn't want to do it every day largely due to the amount of butter on it!!!
You have achieved a lot more than me today!

Great news about the friend's flat.  Will be much to be together and not have all the travel to each other.
  • Thanks @joedenise, yes as well as the mates rates rent we'll save a fair bit on travel. Will be so interesting to see what our 'normal' life looks like- will have to make sure to keep up all the mse-ing, as The Build is still looming although with no blimmin progress!
