Such exciting news and it's great that you escape your night time tap dancing neighbour above you. Hope the inevitable declutter/organising prior to move goes smoothly and you don't try to do too much, so that you can enjoy the move and not get unwell.
I'm trying to psyche myself up to do a major declutter in the living room and repaint and I've been putting it off 😬.Debt Free Diary:- The Mental Debt Struggle

Thanks all! We will be very pleased to have no upstairs neighbours especially Mrs Clomp
@Sun_Addict never let it be said I'm not community spirited 😂
Maybe just do the declutter @Keedie then see if it *really* needs painting or if it's exciting enough to have it cleared that you can put decorating off til you're in the mood1 -
Shoulder going mad today, sore and out of place and can barely feel my arm apart from pins and needles which is annoying as I'm meant to be helping carry things up the stairs from bereaved family friend, and going out this evening which is less fun when body is sapping all energy. Ah well, I'll do what I can.
Have so far today done admin and tidying, and three of the seven work things3 -

Oh it definitely needs painting, as we've been here for 14 years and the walls are same ugly magnolia that they were when we moved in. It's very overdue, but yes, we'll declutter and enjoy a clear space for a while before I tackle any painting.
Hope your shoulder eases up xDebt Free Diary:- The Mental Debt Struggle

Family friends and mum helped with (did pretty much all of) the carrying which was appreciated though a bit shameful. Got a big box of beers that bereaved family friend won't drink and a dinner service to sell which is kind of her
Furniture wrangling talks with family friends about what's staying and going and needs to be disposed of at our end (the fridge freezer being the item that will need the biggest bulk of time and organisation to get rid of)
Gave family friends some Camra vouchers
Requested survey cashouts where possible. As usual, opinium's awful non functioning website not doing basic things so have had to message them
Have completely run out of energy and could do with not going out but it's not a complex journey and I'm sure I'll enjoy it once I'm there, don't want to let friend down
Rest of work will be done tomorrow when hopefully my brain will be not falling asleep
Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 2k but would also appreciate a case of wine
Have finalised April's MSE list
Right, let's get a marvellous outfit and some makeup on, there will be art and jazz and a glass of something nice in it for me!

April Aims:
Save for mum's main birthday present which is looking to be about £125 (bit ouch but worth it to give her something good quality which she wants). Not entirely sure how to achieve this but we shall see
Do tax return including working out all the disparate bits of interest 😭
And allocate money to pay in Jan
Sort out these flippin LPAs. A pain in the backside but will be such a relief when they're done
Put 1k in new tax year's LISA
Sort out the Big Jobs that have been getting shunted from list to list month to month. Sick of them loitering on my diary pages like productivity urchins. It is spring now and they are Getting Done before we move
Big Jobs:
Switch my phone to Mr PIP's old phone
Wipe and sell iPad
Learn how to sew a button back onto my coat
Research selling a fancy bottle of wine Mr PIP has, and if it seems too stressful, drink it 😂
Look at credit rating report but I'm allowing leaving this for a month once the electoral roll info is updated. Frustrating this wasn't done at their end at the time but not going to raise my blood pressure over it
Do any small paid jobs (not that I don't, but I find it motivating in a nagging way to list it so I knuckle down when I don't want to)
Do any Vinteds
Do any Ziffits/WBBs
Do any ebays
Car boot with friend
Have an anniversary celebration with Mr PIP at some point that is both special and mse
Continue sorting out belongings that may be able to be sold, *before* we move
Get back to normal amount of daily steps rather than the wild variations it has been, prioritising walks to our family friend whose partner recently died to help her sort and clear stuff
Still got M&S voucher for a treat dinner in
In the unlikely event of any additional Brucie Bonus money, to next year's LISA pot and flat pot
All the other million things on every day's to-do lists!

There's plenty there to be getting on with for April, Pip!
I need to get back to better daily steps too. I have a humungous birthday coming up & have recently read that this is the decade where if you don't use it, you lose it! Oh dear, better have a word with myself!
