Your other posts contradict what you say. You're housing association with no savings a few weeks ago1

Not sure how you came to that conclusion.flo22 said:Having just check OP's other posts then there is no way she has a daughter old enough to have a banking app
From her other posts, she could be over 50! That's more than old enough to have a daughter old enough for a bank account 🤷♂️0 -
In 2018 she said she couldn't get a student loan/study until she was 22 which mean she can not possibly have a daughter old enoughwiseonesomeofthetime said:

Hard to have been a customer of HSBC for 45 years when she did not have 3 year residence for a student loan in 2018.2

It wouldn't be the first time relatives are sharing the MSE login details... it would be helpful if the OP came back and answered some of the questions, it sounds like they definitely have an adult daughter impacted by this issue.
I also use the HSBC app and bank with them so am curious what the concerns around it are.0 -
I suspect there is an awful lot more to this than was posted in the OP, as such it's difficult to work out exactly what has happened. There is an overuse of the word hack when I suspect it should be details compromised but unless the OP clarifies things or share the DRN code we may never know what the problem actually was.

The HSBC app has not been 'hacked'2
