@JamesRobinson48 how did you request closure? The app has no option.JamesRobinson48 said:

Had you previously made a withdrawal ? This account permitted one only and closure. Did you do this mornings as a W/D or closure ?0

I had misread the statement - the 67p were already included in the £6,183.31, which has this morning arrived safely in my current account. Happy customerlcooper said:I won't know for certain until the money arrives in my current account tomorrow but so far there is no sign of any deduction in my account. I have requested closure of my six access e-saver this morning and expect to get the full £183.31 interest, plus 67p for 1 day interest in the six access e-saver. - hope everyone else also gets what's theirs. 0 - hope everyone else also gets what's theirs. 0

I will get my £1 back within 45 days!! after speaking with YBS today. He admitted there is a bug in their system.pafpcg said:
My account is also due to mature tomorrow (Thursday 20th). I spoke to YBS customer support this morning and was told that the account will be renamed as "6Access Saver" and I can withdraw or close tomorrow with the funds in my external bank account by sometime on the next working day.Growingold said:.... so I will wait until tomorrow 20th when it should mature into a Six Access Saver. Are you sure you have to wait 14 days then to get money out which seems a bit unfair?

I have had a call back from YBS acknowledging the error is theirs. The amount deducted will be credited back to me, although he would not give a timescale as to how long this would take. He also admitted that other customers have been affected by this error, so I would recommend you call them if you have.0

So my account showed as matured into the 6 access saver account and had interest applied (total balance of 6169). I closed the account into an existing YBS account, then transferred from there into an external account. Today 6083 has landed into my external account. On checking YBS it seems the figures have all been fudged to make it look like that was the amount I transferred in the first place! Clearly not right though.0

My account had converted to the new E-saver yesterday, even though the maturity instruction stated 20th, so closed it with an external transfer. Correct funds arrived by 10am today.

Mine is due to mature tomorrow but is showing interest added already, £185.21, has anyone had more than that?0

I had a similar situation but an "interest adjustment" of -£203.53 showed on the Esaver account. I spent nearly an hour on the phone to CS this morning. At one point I was told that the adjustment was for the interest I had lost by not keeping the E-Saver open for the whole year! They finally admitted they had made a mistake but couldn't add the missing amount back to the closure figure to go back in my bank account so I'm getting it added to my ISA. When I'm sure I've got everything owed to me there will be a big complaint lodged.hgt said:So my account showed as matured into the 6 access saver account and had interest applied (total balance of 6169).
